Neighborhood Growth Spotlight

Is this property a good investment? That's the question of everyone's mind when considering the purchase of a home. This series is all about comparing the growth of your neighborhood of interest to those around it. Is it growing slower? Has the neighborhood recently boomed? These are the questions I am looking to answer for you! All of the data is pulled directly from San Diego's Multiple Listing Service via Infosparks. I will be using the Median Sales Price as my metric, using a rolling 12 month average to represent the data. I feel this is the best way to represent the growth accomplished over the periods analyzed at the time of creation.
